Verify a Handback record

Shows when Handback first received a record and whether its signature is valid. It shows hashes and times only, never photos.

To check that no frame has been altered, run the open-source verifier on the bundle the renter shares: python3 verify_bundle.py <bundle>. It needs only the bundle and its public key, not this server.
